1. Booking and Payments
All spa services must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment will receive a full refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
3. Health and Safety
Guests are required to inform our staff of any health conditions before receiving treatments. Alpine Spa Retreat is not responsible for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health conditions.
4. Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior within our premises. Any inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal.
5. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and terms at any time.
